Gripped Soxs, are useful in sport with change direction and accelerations?

Recently Soxs with special rubber’s part or dimensional surveys to increase grip from shoes to foot, are introduced in the sport market. Are its effective in improving performance or reducing injuries? Let’s see

Nine athletes are tested, with shuttle test and zig zag test, performed with a special socks and without. Thus in our slides WITHOUT means traditional socks and WITH means using new tool as socks 

In the area of the contact with shoes we have a special little rubber system to increase grip.

My personal suggestion is to use this wonderful tool during the game or in the days before the competition, NOT FOR TRAINING, in fact stabilizing the body can reduce the effect of proprioception training.
